Our Week: AI Monday, CzechCrunch, Meetings with Partners, and the Zlín Barcamp

The past week was wild for us. We shared the story of Robot George at several public events, and in our lab we welcomed more potential investors and industrial partners. Here is what unfolded over seven days.

Day by Day

  • Monday - a speech at AI Monday in Prague. Topic: what AI in a robot looks like firsthand.
  • Tuesday - a booth at CzechCrunch Future. Robot George's first public outing into the Czech tech community.
  • Wednesday - meetings with investors in our lab.
  • Thursday - a presentation to industrial partners who came to see us in Zlín.
  • Friday - another block of meetings with investors.
  • Saturday - a speech at the Zlín Barcamp.

Six events in six days. Three public speeches, two closed presentations for partners, two days focused on investors.

What This Pace Means

Half a year ago, we showed Robot George to partners exclusively in our lab and one at a time. This week shows that the phase in which we did a lot of work behind closed doors is ending. Robot George is beginning to move publicly, and the ecosystem around him (the tech community, investors, industry) is coming to us.

"I am glad for such a week. It shows us that we have set out in the right direction," says Zdeněk Huspenina, our Chief Business Development Officer.

What's Next

Further meetings with many industrial partners and investors in a running pipeline.
